For over 35 years, I have been immersed in various aspects of the construction industry, from Heating and Ventilation to Fire and Flood restoration and recruitment to Property Development. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in understanding the importance of having a well-structured business that is easy to manage and understand and provides suitable reporting facilities to help businesses thrive.

My educational background in accounting and experience in website building and installation of bookkeeping and administrative packages have given me the skills necessary to help businesses optimise their financial planning and management. I have also worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to those with a turnover of up to five million, helping them build internal reporting structures, websites, personnel management, and health and safety initiatives.

My core values revolve around consistent communication, supporting and developing growth through continued advice. Building solid relationships with clients and understanding their needs is vital to providing effective and tailored solutions.

Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to create a business that supports construction companies by training potential employees and expanding my virtual assistant supply with assistants with construction industry experience.
